Travel Agents Terms and Conditions

Constantinou Bros Athena Beach – Sovereign Incentive  

1. Promotion Overview 
This incentive is open to all eligible trade agents who make a Sovereign booking for Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel between 3rd March 2025 and 27th March 2025. Each eligible booking will grant the agent one entry into a prize draw to win a complimentary stay. 

2. Prize Details 

Prize: 7-night free stay at Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel, Cyprus 

Room Category: Elite Class Room 

Board Basis: Bed & Breakfast (BB) 

Guests: Up to 2 persons 

Blackout Dates: July, August, and September 2025 

Flights: Not included; the winner must arrange their own flights. 

3. Entry Requirements 

Only bookings made between 3rd March 2025 and 27th March 2025 qualify for the prize draw. 

Bookings must be made under Sovereign. 

Each confirmed booking counts as one entry into the prize draw. 

Cancellations or amendments that void the booking will result in the entry being forfeited. 

4. Winner Selection & Announcement 

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. 

The winner will be announced on 28th March via Facebook and email. 

The winner will be contacted directly with details on how to claim the prize. 

5. Prize Redemption 

The complimentary stay must be booked directly with Sovereign. 

The stay is subject to availability and must be taken within 2025, excluding blackout dates. 

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. 

Any additional expenses, including but not limited to flights, transfers, meals (outside of BB), and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner. 

6. General Terms 

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. 

In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the announcement, a new winner may be selected. 

The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the incentive at any time without prior notice.

5 Agents will be chosen to attend VIP Robbie Williams Manchester, COOP Live – June 2025.  
5 Agents will be chosen to attend VIP Coldplay London, Wembley – August 2025.  
Winners will be announced on April 7th 2025 via Facebook and notified by Email.

• Winner: If you’re chosen, you’ll get announced on our Facebook page and will be emailed for your address. You will have 30 days to claim your prize by responding to the email.

T&Cs:
