Caravan

With dishes from India to the Mediterranean, this restaurant charts the journey of the centuries old spice trade. Guests can enjoy a taste of London’s culinary scene at Friday brunch.

Open: 07:00 - 11:00 and 13:00 - 16:00 (Friday Brunch).

Tamoka

Tamoka is The Ritz-Carlton Dubai's newest restaurant. Located on the beach, guests can enjoy wonderful flavours paired with elegant cocktails, during the day or watching the sunset.

Gulf Pavilion

Sit back and relax after a dip at this poolside restaurant, complete with swim up bar. Serving fresh salad, pizza, sandwiches and delicious desserts. Refreshing cocktails are also on offer.

Open: 09:00- 18:00. Food served after 12:00.

La Baie

A popular spot both day and night, guests can enjoy a swim up bar and live televised sports. After sunset, international cuisine is served alongside craft cocktails.

Open: 11:00 - 23:00. Food served after 12:00.

Blue Jade

Sample dishes from Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and China at this stylish, pan-Asian restaurant.

Open: 18:00 - 23:00.

Splendido

Sample authentic Italian flavours at this restaurant. Finish your meal with a signature cocktail from the bar.

Open: 19:00 - 23:00.

Library Bar

The ideal place for a mid afternoon cocktail, pre-dinner aperitif or relaxing nightcap. 

Open: 12:00 - 02:00.

Lobby Lounge

This elegant lounge has a Parisian feel, offering light meals, pastries and cakes. Afternoon tea here is a must.

Open: 14:00 - 18:00.
