Royal Hideaway Corales Suites

Royal Hideaway Pro's - It's a new property and the apartments are lovely with lots of space and some amazing views and huge terraces with lounge chairs, sofa and dining table all great - Breakfast is always amazing with both healthy choices ie chia seed puddings, smashed avocado with your normal European standard choices of sparkling wine, fresh juices, 3 different smoothies all yummy, fresh jamon, fresh Spanish cheese, salads, churros, papaya and a couple of days mango etc etc - The staff are really warm and friendly to all - Cleaning staff do a great job each day and are very good - It's close to La Caleta, which is a nice little village by the sea - Wine and Cheese event is great and even better last year, shortened this year which was again upsetting but very good overall event and food writer can help you much more than the hotel with restaurants in town and where to go Con's - Pool attendants do not provide towels, each one must go to get they're towels if required, finding a lounge chair is VERY difficult - Getting a booking at one of the hotel restaurants the week you arrive is almost impossible and you must book in advance by a week or two of arriving at property. - Concierge is not great, we only received a list of decent restaurants in the area when we were departing and after quite a few complaints - Room service menu isn't much different than pool menu so quite basic - Kids club staff were fine but not amazing and hours have decreased since last year which is also a shame. The activities were limited, there should be pool activities for kids each day but its more like a pool activity once a every 3 days which is disappointing. -Kids club should also be open 1030 until 1930 so parents can go for a drink or somewhere with they're kids taken care of given this is they're vacation - We was told that the pools were heated, but the pool was freezing many days in October. We returned as last year the pool was 29-30 degrees each day and it was amazing. This was definitely not the case this year October 2024. - Adult fitness classes have become much worse, last year when we went in October 2023 Camilla was amazing and did a great job getting out to the pool or inviting hotel guests to Yoga, pilates and pool classes. This year a new company has taken over and although OLGA and her partner were lovely, just not as experienced as the last team which were terrific and offered much less classes ie no pilates around 1130 like previously and maybe one class each day...disappointing. It was a real shame that the experience has decreased overall from last year and yes I would reconsider whether to return given the above CONs

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, offering a truly unforgettable experience. The facilities are very nice, with amazing rooms, exceptional service, and a beachfront location. The staff is warm and attentive, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight! Highly recommended!

Second visit this year. Corales offers everything we need for a week in the sun. Beautiful surroundings, excellent staff and service. It is the complete package.
