Oceana Seafood restaurant

About the location

The luxury hotel and resort is set on the southern coast of Lanzarote, just a short walk from the lovely marina of Puerto Calero. The pretty port is one of the most exclusive harbours on the island and regularly welcomes some of the world’s best superyachts. The marina has a great selection of restaurants in all price ranges for lunch and dinners out. There are a few small boutiques to browse.The place gets busy on market days (Tuesday and Friday mornings), so guests should definitely make the short walk to stock up on local goods to bring home.

For those seeking the bright lights of the big city, don’t hesitate to jump in a water taxi to Puerto del Carmen. The sprawling resort is just 5 kilometres away and offers everything from jet skiing and paragliding to a beachside boulevard, lined with shops, restaurants and lively nightclubs. A glimmer of Lanzarote’s authenticity can still be found at El Varadero harbour, at the far west end of town. This little fishing village, full of bobbing boats, seafood restaurants and uninterrupted ocean views, makes for a lovely and relaxing day out.
