The Vila Vita Parc enjoys a stunning clifftop location within beautiful subtropical gardens in the village of Porches. It’s the ideal holiday accommodation for families looking to spend some precious family time together in luxurious surroundings. There are deluxe rooms and family suites with décor inspired by the Algarve seaside and fully equipped with modern amenities.

With a vast selection of eateries offering local specialities alongside cuisine from around the world and first class facilities, it’s no wonder that Vila Vita Parc is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World. Guests can relax in the luxury spa, visit the unique wine cellar and sample one of the hotel’s exclusive luxury yachts. There is also direct beach access, as well as fun for younger guests to be had at the kids clubs, and in the seven swimming pools, three of which are dedicated to children. 

Hotel child prices apply to ages 0–12 years. The hotel has 203 rooms, apartments, suites and villas. Specially modified rooms for people with reduced mobility are available on request. Please note that all restaurants and bars are seasonal, and reservations are strongly recommended.

Enjoy fine dining in a stylish grill room with a la carte menu and open kitchen serving meat and fish delicacies.

Arte Nautica

Located on Armação de Pêra beach, this alfresco restaurant serves fresh fish and seafood platters.

Open 10:00 – 22:00

Atlântico Restaurant

Nestled in the Clubhouse, Atlântico is an organic and modern Algarve restaurant, focused on the flavour of the ingredients and inspired by nature itself, with sustainability at its core.

Men are required to wear a jacket and trousers, and reservation is required. Children over 6 years are permitted for dinner, and children over 12 years are permitted for breakfast. Half and full board guests can receive a credit towards a meal at this restaurant.

Cave De Vinhos

Located in the Gothic wine cellar, guests can sample an extensive selection of wines served by expert sommeliers, during a wine tasting or unique dining experience.

Exceptional contemporary Japanese cuisine can be enjoyed alfresco or inside this stylish restaurant.

Oasis Bar

Vila Vita Parc offers a plethora of recreational and sporting activities including volleyball, tennis, football, mini golf, paddel, pickle ball and a 9 hole pitch and putt. There is an additional charge for some activities.

About the location

Located close to the beach along Portugal’s south coast, Vila Vita Parc is the ideal place for those wanting to explore the beauty and tranquillity of the Algarve. Found in the villages of Porches, spend your days here enjoying the pretty, sandy beach or exploring the surrounding countryside. Nature lovers can take boat trips or find their own favourite stretch of sand, or take a tour of the vineyards and see how the wine is grown, harvested and made into wine before tasting different varieties. 

Wander through the town and soak in the beautiful whitewashed buildings before heading to one of the many local restaurants for excellent seafood washed down with local wines. The pottery shops are famously good here, with hand crafted ceramics perfect for gifts and souvenirs to take back home.

Deluxe Rooms feature a split-level living area and bedroom and are contemporary in design. Located in the main hotel building, the rooms have views of the landscaped gardens from the balcony or terrace. The bathroom has either a shower or bathtub. Early Booking Discount

Save up to 10% discount on the hotel price when booking at least 45 days prior to arrival for holidays between 01 November 2024 - 31 October 2025.

Honeymoon Offer

Honeymooners will receive romantic amenities in the room on arrival (for stays of at least 3 nights). A copy of a wedding certificate no older than 6 months will be required.

Bed and Breakfast
Guests can enjoy a delicious continental buffet and cooked breakfast options. Breakfast is served in the Bela Vita restaurant.
Half Board
A buffet-style breakfast and dinner is served in the Bela Vita restaurant. Half Board guests can also take their meals in the Praia Dourada and Biergarten restaurants . Adega and Whale restaurants serve Ă  la carte dinner in the evenings. Should guests want to eat in the Arte Nautica and Atlantico restaurants they will receive a credit towards their meal. Please note, drinks are not included and reservations are required for the Ă  la carte restaurants.
Full Board
Guests who have chosen the Full Board package can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Bela Vita restaurant. For lunch and dinner, guests can also choose to eat in the Adega and Whale restaurants which serve Ă  la carte meals. Should guests want to eat in the Arte Nautica and Atlantico restaurants they will receive a credit towards their meal. Reservations are required for the Ă  la carte restaurants. Drinks are not included in the Full Board package.
