The Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort relishes in an enviable clifftop location amidst lush green pines, overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean below. The Golden Flag Praia de Falesia Beach is accessible via a lift and then steps leading down to its golden sands.

Awarded a Golden Flag by the European Union, Praia da Falésia has the longest stretch of beach in all of Portugal. There is a full programme of watersports and beach service is available from the Beach Club restaurant.

Prices vary by age and are available for a full day or half day, pre-booking is required (1 day ahead) and lunch can be taken at the club. The staff are English speaking and fully qualified.

Junior Club

The Junior Club has a daily sports and activity programme with 3-5 activities per day. These can include activities such as team games, arts & crafts, beach activities, archery, sports, face painting and football tournaments.

Serenity Spa

Enter the world of pure relaxation at the Serenity Spa. The Thermal Oasis, featuring hydrotherapy pool, steam room, herbal bio sauna, sauna with Himalayan salt, ice fountain, experience showers and an outdoor Jacuzzi®, is a great place to relax before or after your chosen treatment.

The Pine Cliffs Resort has a variety of activities including the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy which has 5 floodlit courts. It offers court hire and racquet rental, coaching courses and tournaments for guests to take part in. If golf is more of what you fancy why not try the prestigious 9 hole Pine Cliffs golf course set over 168 acres of beautiful land perched on a cliff top overlooking the ocean and sandy beach. There is also a golf academy offering a tuition service to those who are learning or need a bit of practice. The resort also offers a 125m² health and fitness centre including a sauna and jacuzzi®, exercise machines and specialist classes such as water aerobics. Children must be over the age of 16 years to use the health and fitness centre.

About the location

Located in a pretty village along Portugal’s south coast, the Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, offers something for everyone. Praia da Falesia is set in a beautiful area of the Algarve with soft golden sands and rugged cliffs perfect for nature lovers. Just five minutes’ walk away from the hotel is the 8km stretch of sands, where you’ll find glittering clear waters and plenty of activities.
