Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa opened in 2020 and is a tranquil haven for those seeking a luxury holiday in the Maldives. Located on the North Malé Atoll, the island is just 15 minutes by seaplane from the airport which is a truly mesmerising experience.

Each villa comes with its own private plunge pool, luxurious indoor bathroom as well as a unique outdoor bathroom with tub. Beautifully decorated, each villa invites you to enjoy moments of serenity.

The island focuses on sustainability with its own water plant and house reef with a coral nursery growing 15 coral fragments.

About the location

Located on the North Malé Atoll, Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa is just 15 minutes by seaplane from the airport. The island is only 158m x 155m meaning you can easily walk around the whole of Kagi. The island used to be a sandbank with few trees and there is a house reef that is perfect for snorkelling where you can enjoy the colourful marine life.
