Grand Hotel Victoria, set on the sparkling shores of the stunning Lake Como in the quaint town of Menaggio, was completely renovated in 2019. This spectacular corner of Italy is perfect for both families and couples.

Be amazed by the breath-taking views of lush green hills and the clear blue waters of Lake Como or wander round the intricate streets and explore. Discover the delicious flavours of Italian cuisine in 1827, the onsite terrace restaurant, or enjoy an aperitif in the bar.

The hotel is beautifully decorated both inside and out. Outside you will find dazzling architecture complete with traditional shutters and tall windows, while inside you will see a mix of exquisite features and contemporary style. Guests can also feel relaxed and rejuvenated in the hotel's ERRE spa with plenty of facilities on offer.

About the location

One of Lake Como’s prettiest towns, Menaggio offers a tranquil base from which to explore everything that the lake has to offer. Dating back to Roman times, the history of the town can only be seen in the remains of ancient walls that once secured the town. It is filled with little houses with rustic terracotta roofs and a bustling harbour overlooking the lake.

Heartthrob George Clooney owns a villa nearby and the town is popular with the rich and famous. You can enjoy la dolce vita too with a gelato in hand or soak up the atmosphere in Piazza Garibaldi at a coffee shop and just watch the world go by.

If you’re in search of an unbeatable view, then head to the town’s modern lido and you’ll find mini golf, large swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds to sit and relax.

Board a ferry which can transport you across the water to the vibrant town of Varenna; from here you can carry on to the beautiful town of Bellagio.
