Swimming Pools

A large freshwater infinity pool offers spectacular views across the Ionian sea, complete with outdoor Jacuzzi, sun beds, umbrellas and towels.

For younger guests, a covered shallow pool is the perfect spot to have fun. 

Beach

Just a short walk down a pine-tree lined path, or via the hotel's funicular railway for direct access, the white sands of Karavostasi beach and the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian sea are set just below the hotel.

Relax on the dedicated sun loungers and enjoy the attentive waiter service from the beach bar. Umbrellas, beach towels, changing cabins and showers are also available, plus, the safety of a lifeguard.

Sports and Activities

Hike into the hills and discover the local landscapes and wildlife with Elix, Mar-Bella Collection extensive biking and hiking programmes. The Ancient Dimokastro hiking trail is a great walking experience early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Expect challenging routes for all tastes and skillsets throughout your stay.  

If you prefer to cycle, then take a mountain bike ride on the local tracks under the guidance of the hotel's biking experts. Explore the local flora and fauna with all the family. 

Alternatively, organise some lessons at the Tennis Academy and perfect your swing in the beautiful surroundings.  

If you'd prefer to stay at the hotel, Elix have partnered with Oyogo to bring you fitness weeks from May to September.

Water Sports

There is an abundance of water activities available to all guests during their stay at Elix, Mar-Bella Collection. Whether you choose a leisurely afternoon kayaking, stand up paddling or on a pedalo, or taking control of the sails aboard a sailing boat, the choice is yours.  

Snorkelling equipment is also provided for boat trips or just exploring from the beach. Agios Ioannis beach has shallow water and plenty of underwater life. 

A privately crewed boat cruise is highly recommended and is a wonderfully relaxing and unique way to explore Corfu and surrounding islands. Consider one of the below, and book it directly wiht the hotel:

Designed by Explore the Outside, Elix, Mar-Bella Collection has a new water activities programme. Available during June-August, for children aged 6-year-old and higher. This programme is set to excite every child during their stay as they enjoy unique activities, learn new skills, and build their confidence as part of a team.  

All under the expert supervision of a fully qualified team. 

The Adventure Club

A new playground and outdoor recreation area have been designed for the little ones at MarBella Elix. Shaded grounds ideal for kids, soft flooring and an adventure play area, giving kids the time of their lives.

About the location

Elix, Mar-Bella Collection is located close to the attractive towns of Parga and Sivota on the coast of Epirus which offer a picture perfect coastline, made up of tiny bays, hidden beaches, green hills and emerald waters. An area that is also home to the breath-taking Monolithi Preveza beach, one of Europe’s longest beaches.

Parga is a charming village, with a waterfront location and picturesque alleys and architecture, offering a host of restaurants and tavernas to soak up the local culture.
