If 60 acres of gardens, striking infinity pools, a 420m sandy beach and delicious dining are not enough to convince you that Ikos Odisia is just perfect, then perhaps spectacular views over the Ionian Sea are. We simply can’t stress how lovely this hotel is - no hyperbole is necessary. 

The hotel is set in magical Dassia Bay, about 30-minutes from Corfu Town. However, that doesn’t mean there are any mega-metropolises here. The sleepy fishing village is exactly what you would expect it to be: golden beaches lapped by sparkling seas, lively seafront tavernas and quaint local bars and boutiques. But, it would be a crying shame to limit yourself to only the beach during your stay here. Head into the pine-scented backcountry and explore a region that ripples with vineyards, groans with ancient history and has superb terrain ripe for hiking and cycling. Water lovers will find their nirvana in Dassia Bay too, with world-class diving, kayaking and water sports on offer. 

The luxury resort and spa opened in June 2023 so guests are sure to enjoy exceptional conditions and new facilities. The 5-star hotel offers eight first-class dining options, lively bars, 390 beautifully appointed rooms and suites in harmonious accommodation, a long ribbon of private sandy beach, a spa, kids’ clubs for all ages and plenty of pools for everyone. There are also three tennis courts, aerobics, pedaloes, canoeing, plus a great variety of evening activities and entertainment. All that is topped off by sweeping panoramic views of turquoise across Corfu’s dazzling Dassia Bay, adding an extra wow factor to everything you do.

Foodies are well served at Ikos Odisia. Six a la carte restaurants designed by Michelin-starred chefs offer a range of Greek, Italian, Asian, Spanish and Peruvian gastronomy. The resort’s main restaurant promises a legendary Mediterranean buffet for guests, served in a casual atmosphere. The resort also features Ikos’ renowned Dine Out experience where you’ll explore the temptations of Corfiot cuisine in a local restaurant at no extra charge.

Azul Restaurant

Experience the essence of Peru at our authentic à la carte restaurant, where contemporary flair meets traditional flavours. Delight in vibrant dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients, all enjoyed in a lush open-air setting. Relax on the veranda with sweeping views, and let the rich Latin flavours transport you to a delectable dining adventure.

Oliva

If you think Spanish cuisine is just about tapas then think again! Yes, there are the famous sharing plates on the menu, but dining at Oliva also means taking a gastronomic tour of Spain in spacious, relaxed surroundings complemented by fabulous views over the Ionian Sea. The a la carte menu has been created by acclaimed Chef David Ibarboure, so get ready to enjoy some real Spanish cuisine with a modern twist.

Fresco

From rustic plates of pasta to finely crafted regional specialities with a creative twist, the beachfront Fresco offers an immersive taste of Italy. Beautifully prepared by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini, this imaginative menu combines authentic fresh ingredients, simplicity and expertise in true Italian style. Buon appetito!

Anaya

Chow down on some of the best Asian food in Corfu. Anaya hosts delectable treats from crispy spring rolls to tasty, spicy curries and blissfully slurpy noodles. The wonderfully varied menu has been created by Thirakomen Apiradee, aka Chef Thiou, who brings an incredible wealth of experience to each of these delightful dishes.

Elia

Elia welcomes visitors of all ages in their beautiful, family friendly restaurant. Enjoy generous helpings of Hellenic food, complemented by jaw-dropping views across the Ionian sea. The menu offers a whistle-stop tour of the Aegean and includes both traditional dishes plus a few classics with a contemporary touch.

Set right on the waterfront, this superb a la carte restaurant offers an authentic culinary experience that combines tradition with contemporary flavours. The menu has been conceived by renowned Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou and offers an impressive selection of fish dishes made with quality local ingredients.

Sea Grill (BBQ)

Treat yourself to succulent prawns, smoky grilled meats, and crispy veggies filled with flavour at the Sea Grill. 

Cooked fresh on the BBQ by the beach, this relaxed grill is the perfect place to go for delicious flavours while enjoying the sun, sea, and sand.

It operates for lunch and dinner.

Dine Out

katounia, or narrow lanes, and you'll be instantly surrounded by elegant buildings that bear witness to the town’s Venetian past. 

If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, then why not take the hike up to the 13th-century Paleokastritsa Monastery? Once you’ve greeted the local wildlife - aka the goats and resident cats, then you’ll be greeted with a beautiful, daffodil-yellow building crowned by a trinity of bells. Take a break from the hot Corfiot sun and wander among the shade of the olive groves before watching the monks squeeze oil from the trees’ fruit. Buy a bottle to take home as the perfect souvenir!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner* served in Flavors (Mediterranean buffet), Ouzo (Greek), Elia (Greek), Fresco (Italian). Lunch and dinner served in Sea Grill (BBQ Mediterranean Cuisine). Dinner only at: Anaya (Asian), Oliva (Spanish) and Azul (Peruvian).

Outside of the resort guests can take advantage of the Dine Out experience to enjoy select local restaurants. Reservations are required for dinner across all venues. Waterside service is available with refreshments, snacks, drinks and cocktails served directly to sunbeds at the beach or pool. Room service is available 24/7 with the fully-stocked mini bar replenished daily with branded spirits. An extensive selection of wine is available in the Ikos Cava, as well as local and international branded drinks, beverages, sweets and ice cream across the resort bars. A wealth of sports and activities can be found in resort (some restricted to guests 16 plus), including table tennis, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis yoga, mountain bikes and non-motorised watersports. Reservations may be necessary with windsurfing available 1 hour per stay, and canoe/pedalo/SUP once per day for 20 mins. Resort fitness centres offer a variety of fitness and wellbeing programmes. A choice of pools is available with sunbeds and umbrellas, including a children’s pool and indoor spa pool, while the exclusive Ikos Spa welcomes guests to use the steam bath and sauna (restricted to guests 16 plus). There is live music most nights with sounds ranging from laid back jazz to contemporary, while musicals, evening shows, children’s shows and movies are also all part of the experience. The in-house expert childcare team operate various clubs and programmes to UK Ofsted standards. This includes Heroes Kids Club for ages 4-12 and Teen Club for ages 13- 17 (reservations required). At extra charge there’s also a creche for little ones from 6 months to 3yrs and 11 months. Also very popular is the Ikos Local Drive Adventure, which offers a complimentary car for the day to explore the local sights (available once per stay).
