1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
I had the most amazing fine dining experience at the Lago Di Candia at the Grecotel Amirandes in Crete. We dined outside on a pontoon over the lagoon and had a 7-course tasting menu. The service and food were incredible and the setting over the water was beautiful.
2. What is the best thing about being abroad?
I can’t sit still for long, so I like to get out and explore the local towns and sample the cuisine on offer. Then head to the beach or pool to relax and spend time with family without a care in the world.
