1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
Ammoudi Fish Tavern in Santorini, near the town of Oia, is an absolute gem and truly magical at night as it feels like you are on a boat! Amazing locally caught fish dishes and great atmosphere.
2. What is the best thing about being abroad?
New experiences, learning about new cultures and seeing amazing places.
3. Where would you go next and why?
I’ve been lucky enough to go to Thailand and I’ve seen a lot of the more rustic parts that not many tourists go to. But I’ve also seen the must-visit beaches and popular tourist hotspots. The people are so friendly, their way of life is so welcoming. I’d love to go back and experience more of what the country has to offer.
